Stellanor acquires two data centers from Colt Technology Services
On 1 September 2025, Stellanor Datacenters completed the acquisition of two high-quality and well-connected London sites from Colt Technology Services, currently serving more than 100 clients. This represents the first step in Stellanor’s strategy to be the leading national enterprise, wholesale and AI colocation platform in the UK and Nordics, with plans to create a regional network of datacenters delivering a sustainable and reliable service.
We plan to grow through a combination of further M&A and greenfield projects, whilst ensuring that all growth is considered in the context of maintaining a market leading service quality. The integration of new sites and consistency of service remains our priority and this approach will create a fully connected and coherent network of enterprise colocation hubs and AI inference-ready datacenters.
Stellanor Datacenters will also be able to leverage the deep sector experience of our investor, DWS, who have invested in two substantial European datacenter platforms (NorthC Datacenters and Mediterra) over the past seven years.
